12:30 - 1:30 Welcoming, registration and potluck lunch (families are expected to bring halal dishes to share)

1:30 – 2:30 Update on previous gatherings and activities. Update on NSC’s project activities. Explanation of Board’s responsibilities. Discussion of the structure of the United Achenese of America and its Board of Directors.
2:30 – 3:15 Mission, vision, and values of the United Achenese of America (Lahmudin). Introduction and expectations from the meeting: Board elections, Discussion of the Board‘s structure.
3:15 – 3:30 Break
3:30 – 4:15 Election for the UAA’s Board of Directors. Each elected representative tells about self and their plans and hopes to bring to UAA and community.
4:15 – 4:30 Break
4:30 – 5:15 Toward a strong Achenese Community in America: Community assessment.

5:15 – 5:45 Setting up for Maulid celebration, and deciding on next steps for UAA. Conclusion of the day and Doa.
